Anita Hill: Anita Hill was a keynote speaker at the State Bar Labor & Employment Law Section conference. Ms. Jaramilla is a past Chair of the State Bar Labor & Employment Law Section as well as a past Executive Board Member and Advisor.

Hangman’s noose in workplace: Ms. Jaramilla has successfully litigated cases involving a “hangman’s noose” in the workplace on behalf of clients who were subjected to racial harassment and threats of violence.
